Earraghail Windfarm Enquiry

Following objections from Tarbert & Skipness Community Council (TSCC) and others, Argyll & Bute Council have refused Planning Permission for the proposed Earraghail Renewable Energy Development (RED) which would see upto 13 Wind Turbines upto 180m high installed on the area of high ground which lies between Tarbert and Skipness.

This proposed RED has now been referred to a public enquiry at which TSCC will present evidence. Please see below for the latest neogotiating position document which was presented and agreed at the TSCC meeting held on 14-12-2023.
